Our interns have profiles that make it easier for recruitors to have a better understanding (beyond the CV) of the intern and what the intern can offer to their team. In order to minimize the skills mismatch gap , our platform offers job simulations in which interns participate in.
The simulations make it possible to automatically rank interns according to scores achieved in simulations. Intern registeration is completely free on the platform . Upon creating a profile , interns can also upload a short video of under a minute on their profile. This serves as a pre-interview video for recruiters to have a sneek peek into who the intern really is and what the intern can add to the team before being called up for the interview.
